Gym helped a bit, but would have done better without the snacks. Going to Chinese Restaurant to celebrate New Year tomorrow, so that will put the weight up again.

That sounds like fun! I love going to Chinese restaurants although I find they give me a raging thirst and I end up with loads of water retention after. Having said that, a lot of food out does that to me as I think they use more salt than I do
