Menopause + winter + sick + tons of chocolate = FAT. Surprise surprise.
Time to get it together and lose the same 15 (again). Goal is 135. Ee-gad, math shows that I actually have to lose 17 lbs. Oi vey.
Going to be hungry this week. And next. After two weeks should be easier.
