Busted through a two day "water retention plateau this morning. yay me.
Had my beautiful wife's beef stew last night with 1/2 cup rice as a carb-refeed too.

back to the ultra low carb today.. :-)
223.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
