That's pretty normal. With only 17 to go, a pound a week or less is very normal and realistic. You don't have a lot of fat to lose, so if you lose big, then some of it will be muscle loss. Muscle loss is a bad thing because the more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest. It's why men lose more quickly. That's why exercise plays such an important role in losing weight and keeping it off. If you want to look good in your clothes, lose weight. If you want to look good naked, lose weight and exercise. Plenty of lean protein and high fiber foods will help and drinking enough liquids to flush out sodium. Your doing fine, have patience!
