I was surprised that I lost weight. Most days this past week I had 2 eggs for one of my meals. That may have helped. I still need to drink more water and eat more vegetables. Next week I will be at a relative's house so it will be harder with my food choices and my stress level.
149.8 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
