Happy Friday, everyone. De-stress over the weekend - please share your weekend de-stressers as mine is to walk 8-10 miles each day Sat and Sun and we're at the time of year where that's not always possible - I need some back up ideas.
119.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Plan is to hit the pool while at the gym after my workout this weekend... some nice cool laps to relax.. not workout in the pool, just relax....

I absolutely love walking too...and when the cold and slippery weather hit...I sorely miss walking outdoors. i have an elliptical, but its not the same...My backup plan is walking outdoors along the strip mall store fronts. The sidewalks are usually shoveled and I can pop in for errands...get things done and get my walk in!
