I don't think I deserve this loss today.
I worked out yesterday - went outside and ran/walked for half an hour, lifted some weights, did some yoga. I ate fairly sensibly.
But I don't think this one day atones for the sins of the weekend...
I guess I'll try to keep on track this week. Do more of the same of what I was doing yesterday and see if that's what needs to be done.
Maybe I have to workout for about 2 hours a day and eat about 1600 calories to start losing again...
