2121 kcal Fat: 46.60g | Prot: 134.50g | Carb: 330.76g.   Breakfast: Shredded Wheat, Blueberries, Milk (Nonfat), GOLEAN High Protein & High Fiber Cereal. Lunch: Tabasco Brand Pepper Sauce, kidney beans, Tomato Puree (Without Salt Added, Canned), tomato, Onions, celery, Carrots, broccoli, green beans. Dinner: olive oil, blueberries, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, strawberries, Mighty Mango, carrot, sweet peppers, broccoli, grilled chicken. Snacks/Other: Golden Delicious Apples, Organic 70% Dark Chocolate Bar, Whole Natural Almonds, banana, grapefruits. more...
