so for right now im losing a pound every other day which i think is good for right now. this is going to be a busy year for me since i now have 2 baby showers, a wedding shower and a wedding to go to. and possibly at this wedding i will be seeing people that i havent seen since high school(which was 17yrs ago). my husband is somewhat helpful but mostly he is back and forth with helping me so i feel like im on my own. my schedule at work the last 2 weeks has been not my usual since i have had to work the 8pm to 2am shifts and then i get the next day off so it messes with me exercise routines. i find it really hard right now to eat the calories that im allowing myself-i actually want to eat less then im supposed to which i guess can be a good thing but of course if i dont eat then my body will just store it all and i will be worse off. i work at a fast food restaurant and part of my daily duties is to cook the bacon needed during the day-which means im looking at cookie sheets full of yummy looking cooked bacon all day and im so tempted to eat it or snack on it all day.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
