Crap. Started Carb Cycling this week and my weight went up some. I'll keep trying, it appears my bodyfat percentage has went down a tad. When I first started last week I was consuming too many calories. Think I'll do a high carb day every third day or so instead of every other day. On my high carb days I just seem to be so hungry.
132.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's normal! If you low carb and add in carbs,you will see a gain till your body gets used to the added carbs.
