Just got back from Salt Lake on Saturday. I tried to eat good, but....it is hard when you are at someone else's mercy. Plus, I ate out for 7 days straight. So, I am no bummed out that I gained because it wasn't much, considering the circumstances.

I did go for a 5 mile run one day while I was there (a first!), and attempted the gym on another day but ran short on time.
151.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
