Breakfast?!!!
I used to be like you, and coffee was all I had for breakfast everyday. I started WW for the first time about 6 years ago, and forced myself to start eating breakfast. Now it is just a habit because I know it is what I need to do. Some of the things I eat: yogurt and a banana or berries/2 slices of toast/egg beater omelet/oatmeal/1 C cereal and milk.
