Excited to be at a new low and my self set goals are on par to be reached. I am still very confident I can achieve my goal weight of 95kgs
313.5 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 104.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Of course you can. You're doing great! You'll be surprised how fast it goes, once you're doing it right. And once you're at 95, you'll be surprised how easy it is to keep going. :)

My doctor says my ideal weight is between 72 and 95. I am 6"4' and a large build anyway so find it very hard to believe I will need to be lower then 95kgs
