I was so happy that I had such a significant loss for my first weigh in. I realize that they may not all be such a jump, but I'll take it this time! It is really an incentive to keep plugging along! I haven't really incorporated any exercise yet, but I am trying to get comfortable with walking at least 3 miles by Dec. 1st when I'm going on a Volksmarch. It's a good thing I have an event to look forward to and strive for, I think it will help me stay motivated. Yeah!
