Engaged in destructive behavior last night. Put on a lot of weight. Can't have anything around I can binge on. I can't believe I put on three pounds in one day.

I have seen that happen and it is usually the result of too much salt and not enough water....drinks lots of water today and maybe you'll have a pleasant surprise tomorrow...good luck.
