holy crap!!I have gone down 1 lb a day 3 days in a row and I ate horribly yesterday! i mean not that bad, but I had fried food.. I ate sushi most was JUST seaweed wrapped but I did try 2 rolls that had rice.. I had a chai latte.. when I haven't even had coffee in over a month at all.. I was sure I would be up a lb or two and have to kick my *ss into gear to eat purely induction for a few days. but WOW! I know it will probably not last I will probably gain and lose and gain and lose this week but I am just SO HAPPY!! I cannot believe it. Hooray! I have to work today and don't get to see the superbowl but I will be getting my workout on climbing ladders and rushing around helping people.. ohh the joys of working part-time in retail. lol! Hope everyone has a great day! Geaux Saints!!!
197.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't take this as permission to cheat, but once you get used to eating this way, the little cheats look like a lot, BUT you most likely kept your carbs below 50..in which case you probably didn't start retaining water again.
