Rolandman's Journal, 22 November 2016

Been away for a bit but getting back on track. I decided that I wanted to try to go back to doing a regular 3 squares a day with keto but that ended up in getting the weight back up over 300. I've finally come to the conclusion that IF with low carb works the best at this time in my life. Made the switch back and have been successful in getting the weight down to around 292. Off and running..........

Welcome back man :-) Different things work for different people but if you find something that works for you and you are eating properly (on the days you do eat haha) then go for it. Back in the saddle and onwards and upwards hey x
