another full week of using food journal. Also one full week with zero caffeine. feeling good keep it up with the food journal. Its easier than I thought and I think it is making a difference. There is no way to tell how you are doing unless you keep score.
274.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 61.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.9 lb a week
