Not suprising... probably somewhat rehydrated from yesterday. Day One again: No alcohol. Vitamens. More water conscious - healthy eating and tonight I will sleep. Work today and gym tonight. Did the animal feeding this morning - it takes me about an hour. 7 hrs of standing (bartending) some walking. The gym tonight will be challenging but that's what good results are all about. Encouraging myself not to be too critical. But also to be sronger and satisfied with my challenge. I may check back in tonight to see how all my "good intentions" panned out - gotta hold myself accountable. Breakfast time.
121.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
