WOOHOO! Good for you! This is why I do not put all my stock in the scale numbers. Muscle is denser than fat, so while the scale may not move, the fat certainly can be shifting.

I don't know what you like at the gym, lifting weights is my favorite. It makes me feel so strong and I can imagine lifting the weight off me.

I was a bodybuilder in the early 90's. I spent 3 months doing cardio and using machines to do general exercises on my upper body. My legs were in such bad shape that I couldn't work out with them because my new job has me on my feet all day. Now I have progressed to the point where I'm switched to isolation exercises for my upper body and general plus isolation exercises for my legs. I have been doing partial squats working towards full movement.
