Not eating many vegetables or fruit, not enough water most days, and add in a day of emotions that I try to eat comfort food (and find out what I have eaten is not comforting so I try again and eat another comfort food to find the same result - not comforting) and my weight went up.
I still can't motivate myself to get moving more and do more with weights. Monday - Friday I'm usually good at getting steps (usually over 12,000 steps each day), but the weekend you would think I stay in bed for the amount of steps I get (usually under 6,000 steps a day).
I'll try again to do better, eat better, drink more water, and see how the weight is in two weeks. My clothes don't really seem to be any tighter and I only get measured once a month. I'll see in two weeks what the tape measure shows.
