okay I am not doing the 10 mile challenge like I originally planned, I am going to start with a dramatic diet the HCG ~ it's a 500 calorie a day diet which I realise I will loose weight only eating 500 calories a day but I am convinced that this will kick start a healthier way of life for me. Plus I can drink all the coffee I want!! =D I have a picture of myself and I am going to take measurements. I have to weigh in daily and be very careful of what I eat ~ 2 proteins a day 4 cups of veggies and 2 fruits, I can also have melba toast but I couldn't find it. Off and rinning let's see how it goes.....
