I put down that I followed my diet poorly because even though I lost weight, one day I followed a diet well, the next day I did not. However, on the days I "blew" it, I did not go overboard and continue to overeat all day long. For example, I ate a club sandwhich for lunch yesterday, but did not eat fries with it. Then I ate well at lunch. I traveled many days this week with my job and I have a difficult time eating well when I eat in a restaurant.
I also did not exercise regularly - on the days I traveled I just didn't work out.
