lost 0.1 but its still a loss I expected nothing more seems I went from eatting 1 meal a day to nothing to back 3 meals a day and my bofy hasnt quite adjusted to it yet. just waking up then time to start fitness plan.
214.1 lb Lost so far: 14.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
