wow a whole half!! woo hoo!!
I guess it's better then gaining though.

So I went to the gym last night and wow what a work out. And talk about point gain age!!! I had like 36 points to use last night!! It was awesome. This is what I did:

- 25min bike ride to Gym. (Included intense uphill climb.)
- 5mins on eliptic machine. (Too intense for me right now. Especually after hard bike ride.)
- 5mins on stationary bike doing fast and slow peddling.
- 40mins weight lifting. Both legs and arms. Also some ab work. (Which I can definitly feel today!)
- 10mins on tredmill doing both fast walking and running.
- 15min bike ride to bus stop.

All and all a good work out. Lets hope to see some good improvement from this in a weeks time. Hope to get back to the gym soon as I am having some membership issues right now.
184.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
