I don't seem to be loosing too much weight yet but the weight training is starting to become apparent. I developing some nice definition in my abs.
141.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You won't see big loss's because you have very little to lose. People with 50 or more pounds usually see bigger loss's but a pound a week is great. Plus, with weight training, you will go down in sizes and firm up. You are doing great.
