Starting tomorrow and trying to figure out a meal plan for the week and a grocery list. A bit of a challenge as the Atkins book has only a week of meals for Induction and not digging the suggestions. That's why I am here on this site. Finding helpful but still trying to find out if there is a recipe builder and an editing feature to alter certain foods in existing recipes. Is there a net carb counter? Hmmmm...still trying to figure it all out before manana.

HiOlivia70. Sometimes I use the atkins.com meal planner. they just updated it and it is real user friendly. It plans the meal and also makes you a grocery list. Check it out!

dont forget your sugar free jello!! Its been a lifesaver for me. Also remember olives have 0 carbs.. theres a brand of string cheese that has 0 love it or a snack.. just grab n go. I always have to have something I can grab n eat. Mushrooms are low in carbs so can add to your meat or salad. For my salads how I make a 'dressing' is i put some real mayonnaise with a lil lemon and pepper. Not too bad. Make a taco salad this way too since mayo has 0 carbs. Can have soem crab mean n butter... just be careful if u decide as artificial crab has carbs!!

Thanks for the suggestions. darla, I just put down the SF Jello on my list. Do you ever eat anything on the Jello? I am not sure you can have SF Cool Whip. Definitely more prep work involved, but once I have some good meal plans down, I'm sure will get easier.
Will check the 2 links out you both suggested too. oh, and I do have some string cheese in the fridge. Will check the carbs on it.

eggs(boiled, deviled); pork rinds; i read a recipe the other day.. for those wanting the breading.. crush up some pork rinds and roll your chicken or fish or whatever in it :) Havent tried it but thought was good idea! Oh and theres some cans of chicken.. make a chicken salad(w/mayo)AND if you're really wanting to check how you're doing.. I'm sure u know but there are Keto Sticks.. the darker the color the more fat you're burning. I got mine @ walgreens 50 for 10$. Have used 3 already lol but gonna cut down to once or twice a week. I just get excited when I see that dark purple

Theres a recipe you make with the egg whites Im not sure wht it is but might be a good sweet snack also. As for the jello I have a couple(last time I was on this but obviously failed) put a small spoon of cool whip. Wouldnt make it a habit as its sugar, but in case you really need something on it..I believe was 2 carbs
