switched to a new scale which is like 6 or 7 lbs different but am switching to new one from now on according to old one I gained about 1.5 or 2 lbs was traveling for work this week eating hotel food etc(could have been worse) avoided caffeine until last day did pretty good but never used hotel fitness center probably biggest disappointment of week ready for this week to get back on track also recalculated rdi since it was set for a female 175 lbs and I am male 275 cals went from 2500 to 2900 but no big deal downward and onward!
