Just moved the beginning of this week and haven't been able to get on the computer. Hopefully will be hooked up by the weekend. Took off the 4 lbs I gained +1. Have decided to switch to OWL. Started a diet group through my doctor. The dieticians are none too happy that I'm doing Atkins. I will prove to them that it is a sustainable weightloss program.

all docs have different opinions as they are taught the veggies and low cal is the way to go they arent familiar with the atkins plan unless they take the time to polish up on it...it works and is healthy...i am disabled and on lotsa meds, menapusal and all kinda stuff and i been on two weeks lost 12 lbs and no excercise..and had my period the first week..so if u just follow the induction and drink lots of water youll be surpirsed..well it worked for me...good luck dar
