Oh my gosh. I cant control myself but I will. Tomorrow, I will not open our refrigerator full of chocolates. I will just eat breakfast and vegetables at dinner. And I will do that until Friday.
114.6 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
