finding it soooo hard lately to fit in any exercise whatsoever because of study and exams and hsc and yadadada... and even when i'm not doing that im at work or a party or just too damn tired!! i've been so physically exhausted lately that ive given into chocolate and other junky foods that i can normally control myself with. anyway, hope you're all doing well :)
