Another day closer to the weekend.. lol! I am back down again so hooray!! I worked it yesterday, ate fairly well, still not getting my carbs or calories though.. hmmmmm Still working on upping both of those. Sounds funny, "I need more carbs!!!" but it's true most days. Worked out a little on my elliptical last night, felt good! getting back into working on it isn't as bad as I had thought it would be, With the right music the time kinda flies! Well today and tomorrow are 14 hour work days so we'll see how I do these next two days. I'm already tired.. yeesh.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
