still have to control the night munchies! have been fairly healthy ones.. lowfat crackers and salmon! with a light spread of aoli, but.... had total of 15 last night., you know, 6 then oh, another 6, then a couple more...think some major will power needed here!
162.3 lb Lost so far: 14.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.2 lb a week

I hear you!! I know how this feels, you KNOW better, but still...... It WILL come to you and one day will lead to two and so on. I have been reading a lot of Jillian Michaels recently, and she spoke about Boosting your metabolism, and why eating late at night is not good. The food, any kind, have nothing to do (nothing to burn off), so it breaks down into fat. I know I know, it's hard to hear, but reading about it, made me really really aware that it wasn't just a bad idea, it's not healthy. Gulp! Hang in there buddy. You can get past this!
