I am encouraged! I stepped on the scale this morning and lost 6lbs. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!! I feel good and even more motivated. I will continue to do this day by day. I went to subway today and had a grilled chicken salad and a water....Yeap! A big pat on my back. Proud of you Trenee'!
333.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
