This week has been stressful. I definitely need to step my cardio up and make changes to my meals for the coming week...i want a 5lb loss. I feel the difference in pants, but the number on the scale hasn't moved. I won't quit!
269.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great attitude! You won't quit because that would be giving up on yourself! You can do this. You have the right attitude and setting goals I feel truly helps. Challenging ourselves holds us accountable and what a great feeling of accomplishment when we succeed! :)
