It took a WHOLE month to lose 2 kgs - I am happy BUT it can't take this long! I will reach my goal in 2 years at this rate :(
195.1 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Weight may show as a slow loss but what about your fat loss ? Sometimes you may not even lose weight but still be losing fat :)

Yeah how do you check fat loss? In cm's?

To measure body fat loss the simplest way is to use a tape measure and compare weekly measurements of arms, chest, thighs, tummy, waist, etc. To measure body fat percentage you need to use a body fat caliper and take measurements in 3 to 5 places on your body then input the values into a website that will do the calculation for you. Watch how to do it on youtube or google it to read some articles. Personally, I've never had my body fat percentage measured.
