Even with 1/2 furo yesterday I went up 0.6 pounds. I ate clam chowder last night and had vodka with low sugar lemonade and one Butterfinger candy...a salty night...took another 1/2 today out of discouragement.
137.6 lb Lost so far: 16.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
