I took 1/2 a furosemide yesterday, but also ate mostly vegetables with very little meat and a big lollipop. Had small cup of kale/chicken soup at Southside with a small bun and butter, then Dong Hai for mostly a bag of greens and cukes/carrots with a bit of fried salmon, then vegetables at home--cabbage, carrots and 3 small potatoes...a couple of tiny slivers of pork roast.
137.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
