it must be the bc pills.
i was super shocked to find i'm a 178.8 this morning, merely because i've been OFF the pills for a weeek. Craaazy.

178.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb. Still to go: 33.8 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.7 lb a week

That happens to me too. The one week a month that I lose weight is the week I'm off my pills. Will be changing bc methods soon because I can't stand how they are making me keep the weight on despite my hard work.
