Water Fast Day #22
Ketosis = 80mg/dL very large traces still!
I'm thinking of breaking the fast this coming weekend, hopefully I will be reached my goal weight by then.
120.8 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
