I'm struggling to get on track and I realize that I need to better monitor my sleep, get to bed earlier if at all possible, get up earlier and set goals because without goals I am lacking in direction and not feeling driven enough and I need that energy of feeling driven like I used to have when I was working to make it to the gym.
