Today I woke up feeling like total crap. I was basically feeling the same way I was when I went to bed: headache, my sinus were being annoying and a general feeling of being tired. I thought about not going to work, but then I reminded I had some important things to deal with at work, so I couldn't bail. I gathered all my strength and just walked to work.

It was hard to think and hard to concentrate, I felt like I usually feel before my period but 10 times worse. I started feeling some cramps, so I went to the toilet to check, and there it was! My monthly visitor decided to appear... 13 days late, but it appeared. After that, I felt a bit relieved that I was not pregnant (LOL... not that it was possible anyway) and popped in a pill to ease my headache and cramps.

After lunch, I was feeling better already, so I decided to go to the gym after work. And I exercised extra hard!!! From not feeling well to go to work to working out extra hard at the gym! Talk about some improvement!

It was a great first day of February! I hope it stays that way!
229.9 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 97.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
