No change in 3 days?? Caloric intake has been below 2200, yesterday was only ~1800. I have been exercising as well. Hmm....
234.4 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

To see a slow but steady weight loss, take your current body weight and multiply it by 11. That should be your maximum calorie intake in a day. To loose 1 pound a week reduce that calorie intake by 500 daily. It works however you have to make sure you are writing down everything you eat Good luck
