👍

I didn't do my little calistenics routine because I was too embarrassed to exercise while my husband was at home. I should have at least taken the dogs out. I will make it a point to exercise each day, the mininum being a short walk with the dogs.

The new job is like being welcomed into a family. The owner worries I don't eat all day. I told her when I reach 200 lb, I will enjoy a meal at work. They serve traditional Korean food with some American thrown in.

I am really, I mean REALLY grateful I have the stamina to work seven days a week right now. It works out to twelve consecutive days working and two days off. I logged 28 hours over the past three days and am headed into a five day stretch at the other job.

Will talk with staffing if she's in today. I am ready to drop one day off the NH schedule.

Great job! I had to get over teens and comments of calisthenic bursts. Assigning chores for comments helped. You probably can't do that with hubby though! Have a great weekend.

Lady, is there a reason you work that schedule? Is that a typical routine for medical professionals? I only ask as a rhetorical question really.. perhaps your training prepares you for this kind of sustained output. As an outsider I am curious about burn out rate among your colleagues. As an elder of our tribe, I remind you to take care of #1. 😍 BTW, nice loss...you rock!

Thanks, all :) Sarah, my job was stressing me out, so I went and applied for another one. I have my foot in two doors. Today, I am submitting my two weeks notice for a reduced schedule at the old job.

Nice loss! I'm so glad you like your new job and that you can reduce the schedule at the stressful old job. The reduction in cortisol alone should help everything and being happy at work is really a blessing.
