It is so true. Sugar is addictive.I have such a craving for cookies, cake and chocolate. Going to try real hard to get through this.I know the first few days will be the hardest.

You won't miss the sugar after you have given it up for a few weeks. Try dark chocolate. You will get used to the taste and then just a piece of it will satisfy your craving.

I may try the dark chocolate and see if that works. I am setting here yearning for something sweet. lol
