Even though i've only lost .2 of a pound since yesterday, i'm so happy to see 117's I cannot wait until it's 117.0 I'm sticking to this 100% and then some, so it should pay off. Today, I ate a bowl of cereal for breakfast, a big bowl of fresh baby carrots for lunch, and dinner was ZERO point soup with boneless, skinless chicken breast, worth 2 points. I knew that would bring me too far under the bar for points today, so I had two pieces of buttered bread with dinner. I think that's only 6 points, but I'm completely stuffed!! Yesterday I had a day off from the diet. I ate only my points' worth, but I didn't journalize it, nor did I work out. I didn't think about it until afterward, that it just happened to be the day before weigh-in for the BIGGEST LOSER! :)
OK, I have a great suggestion for anyone frustrated who is not exactly making weight when they're doing everything right: You might not be getting enough fiber, so your bathroom trips are not regular, which in turn affects your weight total. Try some Yoplait low fat yogurt, fortified with probiotics (good for digestive system). It WILL regulate you!! It's only worth 2 points, and it has calcium, which we could all use for our bones, AND the probiotics will take care of the bad organisms in our intestines, keeping the flu at bay! I've eaten one a day for a week now, and it DOES clean you out!! I heard on the local news yesterday that the average person has between 5-20 pounds of poop stored up in their bowels!! YIKES!! now if that doesn't just cause most of you to slap me with a TMI (too much information) ticket, nothing will! :)
ok, that's your health tip for the day!
I have to go and get an hour done in the gym, now. My knee has been really buggin' me lately because of a certain way i'm twisting it during bowling tournaments. It makes working out difficult lately, so I'm not looking forward to it. hope all you BIG LOSERS did really well during weigh-in today!!!
117.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You’re doing great! I like your suggestion about Yoplait. I also feel that I am not getting enough fiber in my diet. This is a big problem for me. I try to count the fiber grams and it is nowhere near 25 to 30 grams recommended. I will try Yoplait. Thanks
