I took the day off from the gym yesterday to let my joints heal. Shoulders are very sore. Today I'll go and work pecs, shoulders and triceps. It's some Vietnamese holiday so the wife has a lot of cookies out on the table. I ate a few, which has something to do with the weight gain. I also ate noodles for lunch yesterday. I got the carbohydrate crash in the afternoon, which I haven't had for a few weeks. Today I have money for a salad, which I'll load up with tuna and cottage cheese.
