I made the decision in March that I was not going to enter entries until I made downward progress. I tried several different eating approaches and just wasn't committed. Today shows the last 6 weeks of going back to my original Atkins actually what Dr. Atkins advised. I also have been taking a Red Blend supplement from Dr. Gundry out of CA that has seemed to actually make me less tired and has improved my stamina and attitude. I never believed this could work and for many years I have had no positive feedback from anything else I have tried. 12 pounds is the result of 25 days from my unfortunate bounce up weight. We will see what happens next. I have nothing but joy that I am finally a pound below my lowest weight Jan 27, 2016.
160.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
