I had a turning point about a month ago, and I wrote it on my mirror.

"I am an addict, and I will keep starting over until I'm successful."

Progress is slow, but I'm determined.
169.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
