don't know if it's another cold, or allergies, but I'm getting my butt kicked... *ugh*
196.4 lb Lost so far: 63.8 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Lots of folks around here are suffering with allergies. We did have a frost last night, so hopefully they will all be feeling better soon. Hope you feel better soon as well.
